Talking Actors

How It Works
- Click "Talking Actors" in the console
- Browse and select an actor from the gallery
- Write your script (what you want the actor to say)
- Choose a voice from available options
- Select video quality (HD 720p or HD+ 1080p)
- Click Generate and wait for your video

How It Works
- Click "Prompt to Video" in the console
- Write a detailed prompt describing your video
- Set duration (4, 8, or 12 seconds)
- Choose aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16)
- Select video quality (HD 720p or HD+ 1080p)
- Click Generate

Official Meta Ads AI Connector
Meta's official Ads MCP server lets you manage, analyze, and create Meta ad campaigns directly through an AI agent — using natural language. Posta supports this integration so you can use Meta's MCP right here on our platform.
How this works on Posta
Because Meta's MCP server requires a connection through your own AI account (Claude or ChatGPT), the setup has two steps:
- Connect Meta's official MCP server to your Claude or ChatGPT account manually.
- Paste your Claude or OpenAI API key into Posta so we can route your requests through it.

Meta's official MCP server URL

Follow these steps to add Meta's MCP server to your Claude account, then bring it into Posta.
Open Claude and go to Connectors
In Claude (claude.ai), navigate to Customize → Connectors. If you're on a Pro or Max plan, click the "+" button then "Add custom connector". Team / Enterprise owners should go to Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web.
Enter Meta's MCP server URL
Paste the following URL into the "Remote MCP server URL" field and click Add.

Claude will redirect you to Meta's login flow. Approve the permissions for your Meta Business / Ad account. Once done, the connector will appear as active.
Get your Claude API key and paste it into Posta
Now go to your Claude API key page, copy your secret key, and paste it into Posta's Meta MCP settings. This allows Posta to send requests through your Claude account (which already has the Meta MCP enabled).
Note: Claude's custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. Free users are limited to one custom connector. Remote MCP connections originate from Anthropic's servers, so your Meta MCP server must be reachable over the public internet.
Connect Meta MCP via ChatGPT
ChatGPT supports MCP through its Developer Mode beta. Follow these steps to add Meta's MCP server, then connect it to Posta.
Enable Developer Mode in ChatGPT
Go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and toggle on Developer mode.
Add Meta's MCP server
Inside Developer Mode, find the MCP Servers section and add a new server using Meta's URL:

ChatGPT will launch Meta's OAuth login. Grant the requested permissions for your ad account. The server will appear as connected once complete.
Get your OpenAI API key and paste it into Posta
Copy your secret OpenAI API key and paste it into Posta's Meta MCP settings. Posta will route your Meta ad requests through your ChatGPT-connected account.
Warning: ChatGPT Developer Mode is powerful but intended for developers. Watch for prompt injections, model mistakes on write actions, and malicious MCPs. Only connect trusted servers.
Your API Key
After connecting Meta MCP to Claude or ChatGPT, you need to provide Posta with your AI provider's API key. This lets Posta send requests through your account (which already has Meta MCP access).
OpenAI API Key
- Go to your OpenAI API keys page at platform.openai.com/api-keys
- Click Create new secret key.
- Give it a name (e.g. "Posta") and copy the key.
- Paste it into Posta's Meta MCP settings field.
Claude API Key
- Go to your Anthropic console at platform.claude.com/settings/keys
- Click Create Key.
- Give it a name (e.g. "Posta") and copy the key.
- Paste it into Posta's Meta MCP settings field.
Keep your API key safe
- Never share your API key publicly.
- Posta stores it encrypted and uses it only to route your Meta MCP requests.
- You can revoke and regenerate your key at any time from the provider's settings page.

Data Protection
All user data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices.
Payment Security

Content Ownership
You own full rights to all videos you create with Posta. Use them commercially without restrictions.
Authentication
Secure authentication via Firebase with support for email/password and Google sign-in.
Error Handling
Content Policy Warnings
Some prompts may trigger content policy filters. Try rephrasing with more neutral language.
Generation Failures
If video generation fails, your credits will be refunded automatically. Try a simpler prompt or different settings.
Timeout Errors
Long videos or complex prompts may take extra time. Wait or try a shorter duration.
Troubleshooting
Video generation is taking too long
Video generation typically takes 1-3 minutes depending on duration and quality. HD+ (1080p) videos take longer to generate.
Video generation failed
Try simplifying your prompt, reducing duration, or trying a different actor/template. If issues persist, contact support.
Lip sync doesn't match perfectly
Use shorter sentences and avoid complex words. The AI works best with natural, conversational language.
Credits not updating
Refresh the page to see updated credit balance. If the issue persists, log out and log back in.
FAQs
Can I use the generated videos commercially?
Yes — you own full rights to all videos created with Posta and can use them for any commercial purpose.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each billing cycle. We recommend using your credits within your subscription period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Settings page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What video formats can I download?
All videos are delivered in MP4 format, compatible with all major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
